Waterproof cameras allow for a visual inspection of sewer lines and other pipes that are underground, in cement and under a building’s foundation. Real-time video image transmission allows a technician to determine the condition of the inside of the pipe and understand any existing or potential problems. The images can be saved for a permanent record. Additionally radio transmitters on the camera record the depth and physical location from the surface of any obstructions so that we can accurately diagnose and solve any drain line concerns. A video camera line inspection pipe will identify all types of problems, such as root growth and pipe that is misaligned, broken, punctured, off-grade or corroded. The camera also identifies grease buildup, leaks and obstructions. The inspection can be repeated after any service is performed to verify that the line has been properly cleaned or repaired.
We offer two types of sewer camera inspections, the diameter of your sewer line will determine which asset is used. For pipes 2” to 8” in Diameter we use an in-line pushcam, for pipes 8” to 36” in diameter we will bring a camera van equipped with a robotic camera.
Robotic drive camera can inspect sewers between 8” and 36” in diameter.
